1. Services

All services provided are for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
Massage therapy and wellness services are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Please consult a physician for medical concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for health, safety, or professional reasons.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations: We require at least at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. All cancellations made within a 24-hour window are subject to 50% charge of your scheduled service. All cancellations made within 12 hours of your service time are subject to a 100% charge of your scheduled service.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and full payment may still be required.
No-shows: Missed appointments may be charged in full.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred with approval.
4. Health and Safety
Clients must inform their therapist of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to service.

For your safety, certain conditions (such as fever, contagious illness, or recent surgery) may require postponement of services.

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept that massage and wellness treatments involve physical touch and may carry some risk of minor discomfort or injury.
Prodigy Massage and Wellness and its staff are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or medical conditions arising from services provided, unless due to proven negligence.
6. Gift Certificates, Packages and Promotions
All gift certificates, pre-paid sessions, and promotions are valid only for the period specified.
Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or health information shared with us is kept confidential in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
