Are you open and what’s your procedures for COVID 19?

All COVID 19 precautions have been dropped per the NV state board however, I still sanitize my table and all high touch areas in between each treatment as well as change out table linens in-between each guest,

If you still feel safe with wearing a mask or taking any extra precautions, I am completely fine with it. If there are any special requests you would like to make to feel more comfortable, please don’t hesitate to ask in advance and I will try my best to accommodate them.

If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! I do require a 50% deposit for your first appointment. I also ask that you do show up about 10 minutes early to fill out some intake paperwork so that your treatment may be able to start on time.

Do you offer couples massages?

Sadly, not at this time, I do not have another therapist that I am partnered with.

Do I have to get fully undressed?

No. I have worked very hard to make the environment as secure and relaxing as possible to make all my clients feel safe. You are always able to undress to whatever your comfort level is and I will still be able to work many areas of the body. With that being said if you do choose to undress fully you will also always be draped/covered to where you should never feel uncomfortable while in your treatment.

Is Massage safe?

Yes! However, there are several medical conditions that are a contraindication where massage will not be able to be preformed or I will require a licensed physicians note. With that being said in a healthy person massage a great way to increase several different systems in the body such as lymphatic, cardiovascular, immune, digestion etc. to help bring you pain relief and assist in everyday well being. If you have any further questions please always feel free to contact me prior to booking your treatment either at Massagesouldeep@gmail.com or 775-350-9383.

What types of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. I also accept the Visa healthcare card issued to state workers. Please check with your policy holder to make sure massage is qualified as a medical expense per your plan. I also charge a 3.5% merchant fee for all credit card payments.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Your appointment is very important to me, and I reserve time specifically to accommodate you. I respectfully request that should you need to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment, that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. All cancellations made within a 48-hour window are subject to 50% charge of your scheduled service. All cancellations made within 12 hours of your service time are subject to a 100% charge of your scheduled service

What happens if I don’t show up to my appointment?

If you are more than 30 mins late to your appointment and do not call, you will be considered a no show and charge 100% of your service price.

Please understand that when you cancel or miss an appointment without giving enough notice, other clients on the waiting list trying to get in miss the opportunity to also receive services. I deeply appreciate all my clients understanding and compliance of this policy.

What if my appointment time is after 5 pm or on a weekend and the lobby doors are locked?

I will place a doorbell outside next to my window sign after normal lobby business hours. You are also welcome to text or call me at 775-350-9383.

Where are you located and Is there parking near by?

I am located at 111 West Telegraph St. Suite 111 in Carson City NV. I am located downstairs in the Telegraph Square building and am fully wheelchair accessible!

There are parking options on W. Telegraph and near by streets. Please be aware that many of the blocks downtown only allow for 2 hour parking times Mon-Fri between 8am – 5pm. However if you go further out you can find streets with no time restrictions such as the Nugget parking lot.

Where do I get my photos from?

I get all my photos from two local photographers! Shane Trotter Photography and Scott Chapman. I also have some of Shane’s art work available for purchase in my lobby. He prints his photos on metal and they are breathtaking. To see more of Shane’s work please visit www.ShaneTrotter.com . As soon as Scott Chapman has his website up I will include a link here as well.
